Delivery should be between 2-5 days working days ( Unless Delays by Royal mail)

Orders over £30 Delivery is FREE !! to UK postcodes only
Orders under £30 Delivery costs 4.15 plus vat ( £4.98 including vat )
Collections ready within 48 hours, we will contact you to arrange a collection time window.
Collections are not available weekends or bank holidays
Local delivery only within 3 miles by ourselves 4.15 plus vat ( £4.98 including vat )

Please be aware we only deliver to United Kingdom post codes
Any order from outside the United Kingdom without a United Kingdom post code will be refunded.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ORDERS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
You must make us aware of your returns within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If your item is damaged or faulty you have 14 days to contact us with another 14 days to return your item.
We do not except returns from Non EU countries. All orders at customers risk so please check sizing and information carefully! However damaged goods may be refunded with photo evidence
Return Claims of items NOT FITTING will need prior email consent from us before returning with a valid reason and photo evidence of the problem. As you can appreciate spares can be difficult to fit and should fitted by a qualified domestic appliance engineer.
Any damaged goods will require photo evidence and will be replaced.
When a replacement is offered but not accepted the return cost is at the buyers expense

Faulty goods will be exchanged after inspection or photo evidence.
Replacements bought from another supplier without giving us the chance to exchange a faulty item first will not be refunded but still exchanged.
